Group Bookings
Complete your spa experience with your crew by taking advantage of our Wellness Room. With tables, chairs, and a small kitchenette provided, you are able to customize the space for your special occasion. Our wellness room is available for group reservations at $75 per hour. All guests must have spa services booked for that day to utilize the Wellness Room and Amenities.
Spa Buyout
Looking for the ultimate in pampering experiences? We are delighted to offer your group complete privacy in our Spa Buyout. Enjoy selections from our complete menu of services and our state-of-the-art spa facilities from 8am-2pm or from 2pm-8pm. For groups larger than 12, we are able to offer mini services to make the most of your time. We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. Full day Spa Buyouts will be considered by Management.

*Groups of 4 or more will have an automatic 20% gratuity.
*Spa Services include 60-90 minute facials, body treatments, and massages. There may be no substitution of services from outside the spa.

SPA FAQS
When utilizing the Wellness Room will I have time to setup?
We offer 30 minutes in total of setup and take down time to all our Wellness Room guests.
What services are required to utilize the amenities?
The spa services that include access to our complimentary amenities are our 60-90 minute facials, body treatments, and massages.
Do you have a spa group reservation policy?
We require a signed copy of our Spa Groups contract as well as a credit card on file for the organizer of the group.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any changes to the number of guests, services, date, or time must be communicated at least 10 days prior to the reservation date to avoid being charged the full amount of the original reservation. Changes are subject to availability.
Do you have a minimum number of people required to reserve the Wellness Room?
We require a minimum of 4 spa services to reserve the Wellness Room.
What is your payment policy?
Guests may pay individually for service. For cancellations made within 10 days of a scheduled group service, the organizer's credit card on file will be charged 50% of the total service cost for each guest.
A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the service total for groups of 4 or more. This gratuity is non-negotiable for group reservations.
What is your policy on Spa Etiquette?
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all guests, please use quiet voices and refrain from using cell phones within the spa. Kindly silence your phone's ringer before entering.
The group is responsible for the conduct of its members. Disruptive behavior, including excessive
noise or cell phone usage in prohibited areas, may result in the group being responsible for
compensating affected guests. This may include comping the cost of their services or offering discounts on future visits.
The Spa reserves the right to ask any individual or group to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive or in appropriate.
What attire should I bring?
Spa guests are provided slippers and robes to lounge in before, during, and after service. We encourage you to bring your swimsuit to enjoy our outdoor amenities.
Should we inform Ethos of any special considerations?
Ethos has specially trained staff on most medical conditions. Please inform us ahead of time if one of the members of your party is pregnant or if they have a serious medical condition.
